目的 :通过 5种抗癌药物最低杀癌细胞浓度的确定 ,对其杀灭Tca8113细胞的能力进行比较。方法 :将紫杉醇等 5种抗癌药物制成不同浓度的供试品 ,作用于Tca8113细胞 ,通过电镜观察细胞形态变化 ,得到最低杀癌细胞浓度。结果 :5种抗癌药中以紫杉醇的杀癌细胞作用最佳 ,平阳霉素的作用最差。结论 :各药对Tca8113细胞均有明显的杀灭作用 ,紫杉醇作用最强。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the killing ability of Tca8113 cells with the determination of the minimum killing concentration of 5 anticancer drugs. Methods: 5 kinds of anticancer drugs such as paclitaxel were made into different concentrations of the test substance, and applied to Tca8113 cells. The morphological changes of the cells were observed by electron microscope, and the lowest concentration of cancer cells was obtained. Results: The five kinds of anticancer drugs to paclitaxel kill cancer cells the best, the role of pingyangmycin the worst. Conclusion: All the drugs have obvious killing effect on Tca8113 cells, and paclitaxel has the strongest effect.
