随着我国教育体制的不断改革与深化,社会对全面发展的人才的需求量越来越大,所谓全面人才就是指德智体美劳共同发展的人才。在德智体美劳这五大构成中,最容易被忽视的就当属“体”这一组成部分了。虽然体育课的设置贯穿小学到大学教育,但仍然有不少学校对体育课没有足够的重视,体育课的课堂构成也相对单一。本文从民间体育游戏与体育教学之间的关系着手,就如何利用民间体育游戏来提高体育教学效率这一问题进行详细分析。
With the constant reform and deepening of China’s education system, the demand for all-round development of the society is increasing. The so-called all-round talent refers to the talents who work together for common development in morality, physical, mental and physical education. In the five major components of moral, mental, and mental labor, the most easily overlooked one is the component of “body”. Although the physical education curriculum runs through primary education to university education, there are still many schools that do not pay enough attention to physical education. The classroom composition of physical education is relatively simple. This article starts with the relationship between folk sports games and physical education, and analyzes how to make use of folk sports games to improve the efficiency of physical education.
