如果单纯用“萎靡”和“熊市”来描述现今的航运业,未免太过简单。因欧债危机一触即发的航运经济被施与“魔咒”般,还未与繁华的过往匆匆告别,便陷入了死一般的寂静。“冰河期”的说法不绝于耳:全球经济不景气、运力过剩,从前支撑航运业狂飙的元素都已今非昔比。大势下,外部环境的影响自不待言,但航运业自身的各种沉疴,除弊兴利,已不可待。在政府的积极动作和航运主体的联合救赎下,航运业暗流潮涌,安全隐患撕裂开旧伤顽疾,让低迷的航运业更显迷雾重重。
