企业文化是企业在经济市场中的形象宣传,是提升企业在经济市场中地位的重要途径。企业文化发展推动人力资源建设,企业文化是人力资源工作开展的前提,而人力资源发展壮大提升企业实力的基础上,也丰富了企业文化。企业文化与人力资源管理两者相辅相成,相互促进。而关于企业战略人力资源管理的研究,是提升企业综合实力的关键内容。基于此,在本文中从企业文化视角出发,研究企业文化视角下的战略人力资源管理。
Corporate culture is the image of enterprises in the economic market promotion is to enhance their position in the economic market an important way.
