通过文献调研和网络调研,选取国内外6所图书馆的MyLibrary作为调研对象,从信息收集、信息发现、知识揭示、知识传递、信息反馈等5个用户获取服务的阶段总结个性化服务的主要服务形态,在分析个性化用户个性化需求基础上,评价服务效果。结果显示,大多数图书馆的MyLibrary服务并不能满足用户的需求,在功能实现上也存在诸多问题,MyLibrary还需要在切合用户需求的基础上不断完善。
Through literature research and internet research, MyLibrary of 6 libraries at home and abroad is selected as the research object, and the main services of personalized service are summarized from the stages of obtaining services from 5 users, such as information collection, information discovery, knowledge discovery, knowledge transfer and information feedback. Form, on the basis of analyzing the personalized needs of individual users, evaluate the service effect. The results show that most libraries MyLibrary service does not meet the needs of users, there are many problems in the realization of the function, MyLibrary also need to meet the needs of users based on continuous improvement.
