我国大多民企经历了十多年的艰苦创业阶段后,现已进入到组织生命周期由集合向正规化过渡阶段。企业发展的规律决定了民企管理的重点必须由原来的一揽子管理模式演变为“指导”和“分权协调”为重点。
Most of China’s private enterprises have gone through more than a decade of arduous pioneering. Now they have entered the transitional stage of the organization’s life cycle from collection to formalization. The law of enterprise development has determined that the focus of private enterprise management must evolve from the original package management model to “guidance” and “decentralization coordination”.
