澳大利亚是世界上职业教育高度发达的国家之一,其独具特色的职业教育培训模式积极推进了其经济和社会的发展,在澳大利亚国家综合竞争能力提高中担负着重要的角色。笔者在此就目标定位、课程设置、教学组织、办学观念、资格认证五个方面对澳大利亚职业教育培训模式加以解析,以期对我国职业教育发展有所启示与借鉴。 Australia is one of the most highly developed vocational education in the world. Its unique vocational education and training model has actively promoted its economic and social development and played an important role in enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of Australia. The author analyzes the Australian vocational education and training mode from five aspects of the target orientation, the curriculum setting, the teaching organization, the concept of running a school and the qualification accreditation, with a view to enlightenment and reference for the development of vocational education in our country.
