目的:研究血红素氧合酶(HO)在去势大鼠阴茎海绵体的表达,探讨其在雄激素缺乏的勃起功能障碍发生中的机制。方法:40只10周龄雄性SD大鼠随机分成:假手术2周组(A组),假手术4周组(B组),去势2周组(C组),去势4周组(D组)。术后2、4周检测血清睾酮水平,免疫组化及RT-PCR技术检测HO及nNOS在大鼠阴茎海绵体的表达。结果:去势组大鼠较假手术组血清睾酮水平显著下降,[AvsC:(283.222±117.171)ng/dlvs(7.117±3.700)ng/dl;BvsD:(289.280±87.413)ng/dlvs(48.826±19.477)ng/dl](P<0.01)、HO-1、HO-2蛋白表达明显降低(P<0.01),去势组HO-1、HO-2及nNOSmRNA表达较假手术组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:雄激素可能通过HO-CO系统部分调控阴茎勃起功能。
Objective: To investigate the expression of heme oxygenase (HO) in corpus cavernosum in ovariectomized rats and to explore the mechanism of heme oxygenase (HO) in the development of androgen deficiency in erectile dysfunction. Methods: Forty male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats, 10 weeks of age, were randomly divided into sham operation group (A group), sham operation group (B group), sham operation group Group D). Serum testosterone levels were measured at 2 and 4 weeks after operation. The expression of HO and nNOS in rat corpus cavernosum were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. Results: The levels of serum testosterone in sham operation group were significantly lower than that in sham operation group [(283.222 ± 117.171) ng / dlvs (7.117 ± 3.700) ng / dl; BvsD: (289.280 ± 87.413) ng / dlvs The expressions of HO-1, HO-2 and nNOS mRNA in ovariectomized group were significantly lower than those in sham-operation group (P <0.01) <0.01). Conclusion: Androgens may partially control penile erection through the HO-CO system.
