教师的自我效能感影响教师的心理健康水平,进而影响教师的教育教学行为和教学质量。从内部因素和外部因素两个方面分析其影响因素主要有性别、学历、教龄、教学能力、人格特质、绩效归因、目标设定、问题解决策略以及学校和社会文化等。并以分析为基础,提出从构建社会支持系统,加强教师培训,提高教师心理健康水平,建立健全教师评价反馈系统等方面入手提高教师自我效能感,从而提高教师的教学质量。
Teachers’ self-efficacy affects teachers’ mental health level, which in turn affects teachers’ teaching and learning behaviors and teaching quality. The main influencing factors are gender, education, teaching age, teaching ability, personality traits, performance attribution, target setting, problem solving strategies and school and social culture from the two aspects of internal factors and external factors. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes to improve teachers ’self-efficacy by constructing social support system, strengthening teacher training, improving teachers’ mental health level, and establishing and improving teachers ’evaluation feedback system so as to improve teachers’ teaching quality.
