鞍钢集团公司于2010年5月由鞍山钢铁集团公司与攀钢集团有限公司联合重组而成。近几年,受国际经济增长放缓,钢铁行业产能过剩,市场需求严重不足等因素的影响,鞍钢集团公司(以下简称鞍钢集团)面临严峻的生产经营形势。为积极应对这一严峻形势,在薪酬分配方面,鞍钢集团积极推进薪酬分配制度改革,改善人工成本结构,加大收入分配向关键人才和生产一线骨于倾斜,取得了一定效果。
Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation in May 2010 by the Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. and Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. jointly reorganized. In recent years, due to the slowdown of international economic growth, overcapacity in the steel industry and serious shortage of market demand, Angang Holding Company (Ansteel Group) is facing severe production and operation situation. In order to actively cope with this grim situation, Anshan Iron and Steel Group actively promoted reform of the remuneration distribution system, improved the labor cost structure and increased the distribution of income to the inclination of key talents and production leaders in the aspect of remuneration distribution. Some achievements have been made.
