目的建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定珍珠粉中6种元素的方法,进一步完善珍珠粉的测定方法,为珍珠粉的质量控制提供依据。方法采用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定珍珠粉中钙、钠、镁、铁、锶、锌6种元素。对6种元素采取低、中、高3个浓度水平进行加标回收实验,对混合标准溶液连续测定6次进行精密度实验。另称取6份同一样品,采用微波消解法消解处理,对样品测定进行重复性实验。结果 6种元素中钙、钠、镁、铁在0~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,锶、锌在0~1 mg/L范围内线性关系良好。加标回收率为91%~105%,精密度为0.5%~1.0%,重复性为0.8%~1.3%。结论本方法简便快速准确,可用于珍珠粉中6中元素的测定。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 6 elements in tapioca by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry and to further improve the determination of tapioca, providing the basis for the quality control of tapioca. Methods The samples were treated by microwave digestion and the contents of calcium, sodium, magnesium, iron, strontium and zinc in pearl powder were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The six elements were taken at low, medium and high concentration levels for spike recovery experiments. The precision of the mixed standard solution was determined 6 times continuously. Another said 6 copies of the same sample, digestion with microwave digestion treatment, the determination of samples for repetitive experiments. Results The linearity of calcium, sodium, magnesium and iron in the 6 elements ranged from 0 mg / L to 10 mg / L. The linearity of strontium and zinc was good in the range of 0 mg / L to 1 mg / L. Spiked recoveries ranged from 91% to 105% with precision of 0.5% to 1.0% and reproducibility of 0.8% to 1.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the determination of 6 elements in pearl powder.
