建立了气相色谱法测定甲巯咪唑的有关物质。采用Varian CP7595 CP-SIL 8CB AMIN型石英毛细管柱,程序升温,气化室温度150℃,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)温度250℃。甲巯咪唑与起始原料、中间体以及降解产物分离良好。样品中的总杂质均小于0.1%。
A gas chromatographic method was established for the determination of related substances of methimazole. Varian CP7595 CP-SIL 8CB AMIN quartz capillary column was used to program temperature, gasification chamber temperature of 150 ℃, hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) temperature of 250 ℃. Methimazole is well separated from the starting materials, intermediates and degradation products. The total impurities in the sample are less than 0.1%.
