在现代医学模式指导下,应加强临床医学生预防医学课程的教学。现有预防医学教学内容老化,教学手法单一,已不能适应新形势下的卫生要求。对高职院校临床医学专业预防医学进行教学改革,主要有三个方面:一是适当调整教学内容,缩减卫生学内容,突出三级预防、大卫生观,强调健康促进,强调预防医学“培养促进全体人民健康的医生”的宗旨;二是改革教学方法,改变单一的讲授为主的教学法,采用以问题为基础的教学法,同时增加直观教学手段,加深学生对知识的了解和掌握;三是改革考核方法,除了传统笔试,应增加见习和暑期实践考核内容,综合考核学生的理论及实践能力;四是应在临床医学生毕业实习中安排预防医学实践环节,让学生综合运用所学的预防与治疗的知识与技能,适应“六位一体”岗位能力需求。
