一般而言,中小学内部组织结构呈三级管理状态,即校级一教导处(等机构)一年级组。打一小学也实行“三级管理”体制,所不同的是我们将学校管理的重心坚决落实在年级组这一级机构,实行年级组长负责制。经过多年的发展,年级组长负责制已经成为打一小学管理体制最鲜明的特色之一。
In general, the internal organizational structure of primary and secondary schools showed a three-level management status, that is, the first-grade group at the school-level teaching department (such as an institution). A primary school also implement “three-level management ” system, the difference is that we will be the focus of school management firmly implemented in the grade group level institutions, the implementation of the grade leader responsibility system. After years of development, the accountability system for grade leaders has become one of the most distinctive features of a primary school management system.
