在慢速升温和快速升温下,采用热重法及间隙法取样检测研究了磁铁精矿冷固球团在还原前期升温过程中的还原,对弱还原气氛下球团内部结构变化规律进行了探索性研究.结果表明:在升温过程中,当温度小于900℃时,煤与球团的还原只在球团外层进行,而采用快速升温可以缩短跨越FeO阶段的时间且能使铁尽快产生,有利于球团形成较大的强度.这说明了快速升温以及还原应尽量在较高温度下开始进行的必要性.
