地铁车辆客室塞拉门是在摆臂的支撑引导运动下实现门开关动作,由于地铁客室车门开关极为频繁,摆臂的脱落,必然影响地铁运营,甚至会对乘客人身安全造成威胁。为寻找摆臂脱落原因及解决方案,作者通过对摆臂安装结构及环境进行有限元分析,结合理论分析、仿真结果以及实验验证得出,摆臂脱落原因来源于T型螺栓对C型槽的破坏,同时C型槽破坏主要来自螺栓预紧力的施加。
