目的探讨正念训练对儿科重症监护室(PICU)护士的心理影响。方法以PICU全体护士32人为研究对象,采用SCL-90症状自评量表分别对正念训练干预前、干预4周末、干预8周末进行心理健康水平测评,分析正念训练干预效果。结果 SCL-90症状自评量表测评显示,护士接受正念训练干预后,在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁和人际关系敏感等因子得分均低于干预前。结论正念训练对PICU护士负性心理有改善,应建立一套较为完整的正念训练流程,以利长期对PICU护士进行心理干预,促进其心理健康。
Objective To explore the psychological impact of mindfulness training on pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) nurses. Methods A total of 32 PICU nurses were selected as the research objects. The SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90 was used to evaluate mental health before and after intervening 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively. The effect of mind training was analyzed. Results SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) showed that scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression and interpersonal sensitivity were lower than those before intervention after nurses were trained in mindfulness. Conclusions Mindfulness training improves the negative psychology of PICU nurses. A more complete mindfulness training process should be established to facilitate the psychological intervention of PICU nurses and promote their mental health.
