目的比较不同测色条件下分光光度计测量的准确性,为临床测色提供依据。方法利用CM-700d分光光度计分别在自然光、白炽灯、暗室测量VITA classical比色板各色片中1/3的色度值L*、a*、b*(L*为明度,a*为红绿轴上的颜色饱和度,b*为黄蓝轴上的颜色饱和度),并计算不同测色条件下的色差值,利用统计软件进行分析。结果自然光、白炽灯、暗室条件下测量得出的L*、a*、b*值差异均无统计学意义。自然光与白炽灯、自然光与暗室、白炽灯与暗室的色差(ΔE)<1.5的构成比分别为87.50%、100%、93.75%。结论 CM-700d分光光度计的测量准确性高,受外界光源影响很小,暗室测量最为真实地反映比色片的色度值,因此建议在暗室内使用CM-700d分光光度计。
Objective To compare the accuracy of spectrophotometer with different colorimetric conditions and provide the basis for clinical colorimetry. Methods The colorimetric values L *, a *, b * of 1/3 of VITA classical color plates were measured by CM-700d spectrophotometer in natural light, incandescent lamp and darkroom respectively. (L * is lightness, a * is red The color saturation on the green axis, b * the color saturation on the yellow and blue axes), and calculate the color difference values under different color measurement conditions, using statistical software for analysis. Results There was no significant difference in L *, a *, b * values measured under natural light, incandescent lamp and dark room conditions. Natural light and incandescent lamp, natural light and darkroom, incandescent lamp and darkroom color difference (ΔE) <1.5 constitute the ratio of 87.50%, 100%, 93.75%. Conclusion The measurement accuracy of the CM-700d spectrophotometer is high, and it is very little affected by external light sources. The darkroom measurement most accurately reflects the colorimetric value of the colorimetric plate. Therefore, it is recommended to use the CM-700d spectrophotometer in a darkroom.
