软件企业是信息时代迅速发展的产物,短短的十多年时间,软件产业的总产值从2000年的593亿到2012年2.5万亿,同比增长速度高达30%。而以民营投入占主导地位的浙江省软件产业,其总体规模已排名全国第三,仅次于北京、广州。本文将研究对象锁定于软件企业中的营销人员,通过对浙江本土的软件企业进行数据调查和分析,探讨现阶段软件企业中营销人员的结构情况,并提出相关的招聘对策,为软件企业的招人育人提供参考。
Software enterprises are the product of rapid development in the information age. Within a short period of ten years, the total output value of the software industry increased from 59.3 billion in 2000 to 2.5 trillion in 2012, up 30% year-on-year. While the software industry in Zhejiang Province, which is dominated by private investment, ranks third in the country in terms of overall scale, second only to Beijing and Guangzhou. In this paper, the research object is locked in the marketers in the software enterprise. Based on the data survey and analysis of the local software enterprises in Zhejiang Province, the author discusses the structure of the marketers in the software enterprise at the present stage, and puts forward the related recruitment tactics, People educate people to provide reference.
