利用ABAQUS有限元软件分析了腹板夹芯三明治板在低温环境下的受弯性能,并将温度与荷载耦合作用下的挠度值与理论值进行对比,最后比较了薄腹板温度传递作用和板厚度变化对腹板夹芯三明治板挠度的影响。结果表明:腹板夹芯三明治板在低温环境下,弹性阶段的总挠度随温度的降低呈线性增加,温度传递作用对板挠度的影响逐渐增大;考虑温度传递的挠度值比不考虑温度传递的挠度值小,理论挠度值介于两者之间,其差值与总挠度的比值随温度降低而增大,且渐趋于稳定;随着板厚度的增加,总挠度随温度的变化率逐渐减小,增加板的厚度可以有效减小挠度,而温度作用引起的挠度占总挠度的比例却增大。
