目的:对长白山紫苏挥发油与醇提物进行化学成分的比较研究。方法:利用水蒸汽蒸馏法和乙醇提取法进行提取,采用薄层层析和GC-MS法进行分析鉴定。结果:挥发油中主要的化学成分为丁香烯、石竹烯氧化物、衣兰烯、4-(2-甲基环己烷-1-烃基)-丁醇-2-醛、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇等,而醇提物中主要为10-十一炔-1-醇、n-十六酸、(E)-7,11-二甲基-3-亚甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯等成分。结论:挥发油中的杉木醇、2,4,5,6,7,8-六氢-1,4,9,9-四甲基-3H-3 a,7-亚甲基甘葡环烃,醇提物中的虾青素、19S-19-乙酰基-2,16-二脱氢-20-羟基-17-酸甲酯等成分具有杀菌、预防癌症及增强免疫等特殊功效,且在其他产地的紫苏组分中未见报道。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of essential oils and alcohol extracts of Perilla officinalis from Changbai Mountain. Methods: The extraction was carried out by steam distillation and ethanol extraction. The analysis and identification were performed by thin layer chromatography and GC-MS. RESULTS: The main chemical constituents in volatile oils were syringene, caryophyllene oxide, geniene, 4-(2-methylcyclohexane-1-alkyl)-butan-2-ol, 3,7-dimethyl -1,6-octadien-3-ol and the like, and the alcohol extract is mainly 10-undecyl-1-ol, n-hexadecanoic acid, (E)-7,11-dimethyl- 3-methylene-1,6,10-dodecatriene and other ingredients. Conclusions: Chinese fir, 2,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-1,4,9,9-tetramethyl-3H-3a,7-methyleneglucolonitrile in volatile oil, The components such as astaxanthin and methyl 19S-19-acetyl-2,16-dihydro-20-hydroxy-17-acid in alcohol extracts have special effects such as sterilization, cancer prevention, and immunity enhancement, among others. There is no report on the composition of perilla in the producing area.
