Since 2000, the industrial economy in Guangzhou has maintained a good momentum of development. In the first three quarters, the total industrial output value was 298.94 billion yuan, an increase of 16.3% over the same period of the previous year; the industrial sales value was 221.408 billion yuan, an increase of 16.5%; the industrial production-sales ratio was 96.33%.
