通过检测口腔粘膜下纤维性变(OSF) 及正常颊粘膜上皮内微量元素含量,了解微量元素与OSF上皮病变的关系,初步探讨OSF的发病机制。应用电子探针显微分析技术,通过电子计算机自动处理,半定量分析OSF上皮细胞核内外微量元素含量变化。结果示,与正常颊粘膜组比较,OSF 组上皮细胞核内外Cu,Zn ,S及As 的含量明显降低,其Se 和Mo 的含量明显升高( 均P < 0 .01) 。提示细胞内低Cu ,Zn 以及高Se 含量加重了对OSF 上皮细胞的损害,而这些变化是OSF具有癌变潜质的元素基础
The relationship between trace elements and OSF epithelial lesions was studied by detecting the contents of trace elements in oral submucosal fibrosis (OSF) and normal buccal mucosal epithelium, and to explore the pathogenesis of OSF. Electron microprobe analysis technique was used to analyze semi-quantitatively the contents of trace elements in OSF epithelial cells by electronic computer. The results showed that compared with the normal buccal mucosa group, the contents of Cu, Zn, S and As in the nuclei of the epithelial cells in the OSF group were significantly decreased, and the contents of Se and Mo in the OSF group were significantly increased (all P <0.01). Suggesting that intracellular low Cu, Zn, and high Se levels exacerbate damage to OSF epithelial cells, and these changes are the elemental basis of OSF's potential for carcinogenesis
