病原菌在冻干过程中对实验室的感染率很高。我们采用在待冻干的菌液上面覆盖一层无菌血清，结果表明，既不影响水份的升华，又能防止菌粉的播散。该法简单，有一定的推广价值。
Pathogenic bacteria in the lyophilization process of laboratory infection rate is high. We use the bacteria to be lyophilized to cover a layer of sterile serum, the results show that neither affect the sublimation of water, but also to prevent the spread of powder.
