目的 通过对比扩散峰度成像(DKI) 3b值与5b值扫描方法,探寻减少采样b值对正常成人脑组织DKI分析结果的影响.方法 回顾性分析30名正常成人的DKI 3b值与5b值扫描数据,利用DKE软件生成平均扩散峰度(MK)、各向异性分数(FA)及平均扩散系数(MD)参数图,选取双侧灰质(额叶、颞叶、顶叶、枕叶、基底节区、背侧丘脑)及双侧白质(额叶、颞叶、顶叶、枕叶、内囊后肢、放射冠、大脑脚及胼胝体膝部、胼胝体压部)为感兴趣区(ROI).测量并比较3b值与5b值ROI MK、FA及MD参数值.结果 DKI 3b值与5b值扫描的MK、MD、FA参数图在双侧脑灰质及白质不同ROI参数值均无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 通过减少采样b值,可以明显减少DKI数据扫描时间,且不影响对DKI结果的测量.“,”Objective By comparing 3b and 5b-values of diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) scan of normal human brains to evaluate the effect of reducing b-value sampling on the results.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the 3b and 5b-values of DKI scan data of 30 normal adults.The DKE software was used to generate parametric maps including mean kurtosis (MK),fractional anisotropy (FA) and mean diffusivity (MD).Regions of interest (ROIs) were placed on bilateral gray matter (frontal lobe,temporal lobe,parietal lobe,occipital lobe,basal ganglia,dorsal lateral nucleus of thalamus) and white matter (frontal lobe,temporal lobe,parietal lobe,occipital lobe,posterior limb of internal capsule,corona radiate,cerebral peduncle and corpus callosum genu,corpus callosum splenium).The values of MK,FA and MD parametric maps in different ROIs were measured and compared.Results There were no significant differences in MK,FA and MD values in bilateral gray matter and white matter between the 3b and 5b-values of DKI (P > 0.05).Conclusion By reducing b-value sampling,we can reduce the DKI acquisition time significantly without affecting the measurement of results.
