Recently, the General Affairs Department of the State Planning Commission held a seminar on the production plans of some enterprise groups. Participants in the planning department of Dongfang Electric, Dongfeng Motor, Baosteel, Zhenhua Electronics, Yizheng Chemical Fiber, Dongmei, Pangang Group, and Jilin Chemical Industry Group made suggestions on how to improve the annual production plan. l. Reduce the level of planning and management of enterprise groups, and make them as centralized and unified as possible. Currently, the annual production plan for individual enterprises that are planned to be listed is too complicated. State-managed enterprise groups are planned after the National Planning Conference, released with the national plan, and listed separately in the plan’s size; after the meeting, they are also based on different products.
