近年来新疆双语教师队伍建设在各方面的支持和努力下已经取得一定的成果,但是合格的双语师资依然严重短缺,现有的双语教师整体素质也令人堪忧,还远远不能满足双语教育发展的需求。应根据教育教学的需求,从专业角度规范“双语教师”的概念;明确双语教师的工作责任边界,为其提升专业能力提供空间;重视新入职双语教师的培养,促进教师队伍持续稳定发展。
In recent years, the construction of bilingual teachers in Xinjiang has achieved some results with the support and efforts of all parties. However, qualified bilingual teachers are still in serious shortage. The overall quality of bilingual teachers is also worrying and far from satisfying the development of bilingual education The demand.
