目的观察精制清开灵注射液对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法采用正常大鼠及自制高脂饲料诱导的高脂血症大鼠模型,观察精制清开灵注射液黄芩苷(4.4 g/L)、栀子苷(0.4 g/L)、胆酸(3.0 g/L)、去氧胆酸(2.6 g/L)对正常大鼠及高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。66只清洁级SD大鼠分为正常组,模型组,精制清开灵低、中、高剂量组(1.5、3.0、6.0 mL/kg,分别相当于人临床剂量3、6、12倍,)和降脂通络软胶囊组(30 mg/kg)。分别给予正常及自制高脂饲料进食45 d后,开始灌胃给药15 d,给药前后分别心脏取血检测血脂水平。结果模型组大鼠与正常大鼠相比较,血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)均有显著性升高(P<0.01),模型制备成功。相较于模型组,精制清开灵注射液对高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均有明显降低作用(P<0.01或P<0.05),而对血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)有明显升高作用。结论精制清开灵注射液对高脂血症大鼠血脂有明显降低作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Qingkailing Injection on blood lipids in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Conclusion Qingkailing injection can significantly reduce the blood lipid of hyperlipidemic rats.
