内驱力,是人的内在的心理动力,它就像一辆汽车的发动机,只有发动机积极运转,汽车才能正常行驶。人的内驱力是什么呢?是意识、向往、追求、竞争、自尊和自信的综合。作为一名教师,在对人的教育方面,应充分挖掘学生潜在的积极的精神因素,激发他们的内驱力。我们的教育,无论是学科教学,还是班主任工作,都必须从激发学生的内驱力入手。要学好化学,首先要培养学生对化学浓厚的兴趣和肯定能学好化学的信心。兴趣和信心是形成和维持学习动机的强有力的因素。只有这种持续的不断刺激学生的需要,才能使学生保持不断学习攀登高峰的一种激情。我们只有努力创造环境,唤起学生的内驱力,让它驱动学生学习,让学生觉得学习化学不枯燥,而是很有乐趣的事情,这样才能达到一个更高的境界!
Internal drive, is the internal psychological power of people, it is like a car engine, only the engine is active, the car can travel normally. What is the driving force of people? Is a combination of awareness, longing, pursuit, competition, self-esteem and self-confidence. As a teacher, we should fully tap the potential positive mental factors of students in stimulating their internal drive. Our education, whether subject teaching or class teacher work, must start from stimulating students’ internal drive. To learn chemistry, we must first cultivate students’ strong interest in chemistry and certainly be able to learn chemistry. Interest and confidence are powerful factors in the formation and maintenance of learning motivation. Only this continuous and continuous stimulation of the needs of students can enable students to keep learning to climb the peak of a passion. We only strive to create the environment, arouse students’ internal drive, let it drive students to learn, make students feel that learning chemistry is not boring, but very fun thing, so as to achieve a higher realm!
