中央巡视组在总结巡视央企发现的问题时指出,一些央企存在“有的党员干部拿着高薪却不按规定交纳党费”的现象,引发热议。有人问,对不主动交纳党费的人,为什么不从他们的工资里直接扣除?让他们把该交的党费赶紧补上不就行了,何必小题大做?要回答这些问题,还得从党章说起。按规定交纳党费是做党员的基本条件党费是党员向党组织交纳的用于党的事业和党的活动的经费。党章第一章第一条对申请加入中国共产党的条件作出明确规定,其中一个要件就是按期交纳党费。
In reviewing the problems discovered by central government enterprises, the Central Inspection Group pointed out that some central enterprises have heated arguments over the phenomenon that some party members and cadres hold higher salaries but fail to pay party dues as required. Some people ask why people who do not voluntarily pay their dues should not be deducted directly from their wages, so that they can quickly make up their contributions instead of paying any dues. Why do we have to answer these questions? To pay party dues in accordance with the stipulations is the basic condition for party members. Party dues are the funds that party members pay party organizations to use for party activities and party activities. Article 1 of the first chapter of the Constitution provides for the explicit stipulation of the conditions for applying for membership in the Chinese Communist Party. One of the requirements is to pay party dues on schedule.
