随着沪昆高铁、合福客运专线的相继投入运营,江西省也搭上了中国高速铁路快速发展的顺风车。随着企业的高速发展,职工作为企业构成的第一要素,作为一种无限开发可持续发展利用的资源,如何做好人力资源管理成为了企业发展的重要课题。随着铁路人力成本压力逐年提升,如何优化人力资源配置,提高运输企业用工效率便成为了当务之急,本文针对铁路运输站段中设备管理单位的人力资源管理现状,对铁路相关行业在人力资源配置中存在的相关问题,提出一些个人的思路和浅见。
As Shanghai-Kunming High Speed Rail and Hop-fu Passenger Dedicated Line went into operation one after another, Jiangxi Province also caught the windshear of the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway. With the rapid development of enterprises, as the first element of enterprise composition, as an unlimited resource for sustainable development and utilization, how to do a good job of human resources management has become an important issue for enterprise development. With the increasing pressure on human cost of railways, how to optimize the allocation of human resources and improve the efficiency of transport enterprises become a top priority. In view of the status quo of human resource management of equipment management units in rail transit stations, The existence of related issues, put forward some personal ideas and humble opinion.
