目的为了研究磁场对自由基代谢的影响,测定了经磁场处理后小白鼠血液中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GSH—PX的活性。方法Swis小鼠随机分成实验组A、B及对照组,实验组A、B小鼠分别用强度为80mT和40mT的磁场照射,每日30分钟,15天后用分光光度法测定小鼠血液中的GSH—PX的活性。结果实验组A小鼠血液中的GSH—PX活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而实验组B小鼠血液的GSP—PX活性与对照组比较亦有提高,但无显著差异。结论经一定强度、一定时间的磁场处理后的小鼠血液清除自由基能力明显提高。
Objective To study the effect of magnetic field on free radical metabolism, the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in blood of mice was measured after magnetic field treatment. Methods Swis mice were randomly divided into experimental groups A, B and control group, the experimental group A, B mice were exposed to a magnetic field intensity of 80mT and 40mT, 30 minutes daily, 15 days later measured by spectrophotometry in mice blood Of GSH-PX activity. Results The blood GSH-PX activity in experimental group A was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), while the GSP-PX activity in experimental group B was also increased compared with control group, but there was no significant difference . Conclusion The ability of the blood to scavenge free radicals after the magnetic field treatment for a certain period of time has been obviously improved.
