给出了考虑离心力作用时的叶片近壁表面固液两相流体粘性流动的分析方法,以实泵为例从理论上分析和阐述了叶片形状对流体的动力特性的影响,并通过对比试验对其进行了验证。明确了这种影响主要体现在三个方面,即泵的水力效率及其动力性能和理论扬程。同时给出了叶片型线的优劣评价依据和如何实现或获得一条合理叶片型线的方法。所得结论对离心式固液两相流泵叶片型线的选型和设计具有指导意义。
The analytical method of the viscous flow of solid-liquid two-phase fluid near the blade wall under centrifugal force is given. The effect of the blade shape on the dynamic characteristics of the fluid is theoretically analyzed and illustrated by a real pump. It has been verified. Clearly this effect is mainly reflected in three aspects, namely, the hydraulic efficiency of pumps and their dynamic performance and theoretical lift. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of the blade profile evaluation and how to achieve or obtain a reasonable blade profile method. The conclusion is instructive for the selection and design of the blade profile of centrifugal solid-liquid two-phase flow pump.
