本文首先分别从东西方学者的观点说明21世纪教师职能的内涵,并据此归纳出当代教师职能的八大范畴,然后根据一项小规模“切片研究”所取得的数据分析新加坡华文教师的职能发展需要,最后从教师专业发展的角度,提出提高华文教师职能的实施建议。文章认为,语文课程改革必须与师资培训密切结合,通过有结构、有组织的在职进修课程,提高教师实际所需的职能,才能促使教师专业能力不断提高。
This paper firstly illustrates the connotation of teachers’ functions in the 21st century from the perspectives of both eastern and western scholars, and then concludes eight categories of contemporary teacher’s functions. Based on the data obtained from a small-scale “slicing study” Finally, from the perspective of professional development of teachers, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve the functions of Chinese teachers. The article holds that the reform of Chinese curriculum must be closely integrated with the training of teachers. Through structured and organized on-the-job training courses, it is necessary to improve the teachers ’actual functions in order to promote teachers’ professional competence continuously.
