研究以铝土矿尾矿、浓硫酸为原料,使用浓硫酸酸解工艺,对氧化铝浸取模型的建立进行了实验研究。实验结果表明影响氧化铝浸取率的影响因子为反应温度、反应时间、液固比以及尾矿颗粒粒度,使用软件拟合出4个影响因素对氧化铝浸取率的回归方程,确定各因素相关系数,建立浸取过程的数学模型。检验结果表明,该数学模型的实验误差在5%以内,具有一定的可信度。
In this paper, the bauxite tailing and concentrated sulfuric acid were used as raw materials, and the process of acid leaching by concentrated sulfuric acid was used to study the establishment of alumina leaching model. The experimental results show that the influencing factors affecting the leaching rate of alumina are reaction temperature, reaction time, liquid-solid ratio and particle size of tailings. The regression equations of the four influencing factors on the leaching rate of alumina are fitted by software to determine the factors Correlation coefficient, establishing a mathematical model of the leaching process. The test results show that the experimental error of the mathematical model is within 5%, with a certain degree of credibility.
