在研究和分析现有各种LED显示屏控制电路的基础上,提出了一种基于串行FLASH存储器的LED显示控制系统。该系统由STC12C5410高速IT单片机和有SPI接口的SST25VF016B串行大容量FLASH存储器组成。同时给出了基于该控制系统的数据组织方法及相应的硬件电路,并以256×64点阵双色LED显示屏为例说明其如何在实际应用,也对LED显示屏的数据组织和硬件电路设计进行了一些初步探讨。
Based on the research and analysis of various control circuits of LED display, a LED display control system based on serial FLASH memory is proposed. The system consists of STC12C5410 high-speed IT microcontroller and SPI interface SST25VF016B serial high-capacity FLASH memory. At the same time, the data organization method and the corresponding hardware circuit based on the control system are given. The 256 × 64 dot-matrix LED display screen is taken as an example to illustrate how the data is applied and the data organization and hardware circuit design of the LED display screen Some preliminary discussions have been made.
