为研究造纸废水对模拟芦苇湿地土壤中镁离子含量的影响,利用造纸废水灌溉辽宁双台河口芦苇湿地,通过不同灌溉时期以及不同废水质量浓度对土壤剖面中镁离子含量进行观测分析。结果表明:在所有处理条件下,土壤镁离子含量随土层深度增加的变化趋势基本相同,呈“W”形分布,5~10cm土层中含量最多,20~40cm土层中含量最少。在芦苇不同生长期内灌溉造纸废水,土壤中镁离子含量变化量的大小顺序为成熟期>发芽期>展叶期>快速生长期>抽穗期。灌溉不同质量浓度的造纸废水后,土壤中镁离子含量变化量的变化趋势300mg/L>175mg/L>50mg/L>CK,说明造纸废水灌溉有助于土壤中镁离子的累积,废水质量浓度越高,镁离子累积量越大。
In order to study the effect of papermaking wastewater on magnesium ion content in simulated reed wetland soil, papermaking wastewater was used to reed wetland in Shuangtai estuary of Liaoning Province. The magnesium ion content in soil profile was observed and analyzed through different irrigation periods and different wastewater concentrations. The results showed that under all treatment conditions, the changes of soil magnesium ion content were basically the same with the increase of soil depth, and were distributed in “W ” shape with the highest content in 5 ~ 10cm soil layer and the least in 20 ~ 40cm soil layer . In the different growing periods of reed irrigation papermaking wastewater, soil magnesium ion content in the order of the order of maturity> germination> leaf stage> rapid growth stage> heading stage. The changes of magnesium ion content in soil after 300mg / L> 175mg / L> 50mg / L> CK after irrigating papermaking wastewater with different mass concentrations showed that the irrigation of papermaking waste water was helpful to the accumulation of magnesium ions in soil, The higher the amount of magnesium ions accumulated.
