为解决斜切分段短壁工作面存在的顶板隐患,通过理论分析、数值模拟及现场围岩变形监测及顶板预裂爆破等方法,对某矿急倾斜中等厚度的A3煤层进行了研究。结果表明:悬顶的长度越长,对短壁工作面的安全隐患越大;顶板的高应力、大位移变化主要在距切眼70~120 m的范围内,应力在线监测验证了这个结果;针对斜切分段工作面,提出了相应的顶板预裂爆破方案,并对现场实施顶板预裂爆破前后的围岩变形情况进行了对比,验证了顶板爆破的效果。
In order to solve the hidden trouble of roof caused by bevelled short section shortwall face, the A3 coal seam with a steeply inclined medium thickness was studied through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, deformation monitoring of surrounding rock and pre - cracking blasting of roof. The results show that the longer the length of the suspended roof, the greater the hidden danger to the short-wall working face. The high stress and large displacement of the roof are mainly located in the range of 70 ~ 120 m away from the cutting hole. This result is verified by on-line stress monitoring. Aiming at the chamfered section face, the corresponding roof pre-cracking blasting scheme is put forward and the surrounding rock deformation before and after the roof pre-cracking blasting is compared, and the roof blasting effect is verified.
