在我区葡萄育苗中,常采用火坑法催根,这种方法温度难以控制,稍有不慎就会严重影响愈合组织的形成,且成本高,又受季节的限制。为此,1981、1985年春我们分别在园艺所。同心良繁场采用自动控制调节土壤温度的方法。进行葡萄催根,使生根部位土壤温度恒定在促根所需最适温度范围内(上下不超过0.5℃)取得了初步成效,现简介如下:1.设备组装自动控制温度仪一台,用来控制二组温床。仪器需接点温度计二支(220伏),下额定功率为800瓦的电加温电线二组,制成自控温电热温床。
