研究了Mg-6Zn-0.5Zr-0.5Ce镁合金的显微结构和热变形行为,并构建了该合金的热加工图。结果表明,铸态和退火态Mg-6Zn-0.5Zr-0.5Ce镁合金主要由α-Mg基体和分布在晶界和晶粒内部的第二相构成。随着真应变的不断变大,流变应力先变大后下降,并逐渐趋于平稳。加工失稳区位于ε=0.1~1.0 s-1,T=523~573 K区域,ε=1.0 s-1,T=673 K,η=44%是Mg-6Zn-0.5Zr-0.5Ce镁合金最佳的加工条件。
The microstructure and thermal deformation behavior of Mg-6Zn-0.5Zr-0.5Ce magnesium alloy were studied and the hot working diagram of the alloy was constructed. The results show that the as-cast and annealed Mg-6Zn-0.5Zr-0.5Ce magnesium alloy is mainly composed of α-Mg matrix and the second phase distributed in the grain boundaries and grains. As the true strain becomes larger, the flow stress first becomes bigger and then decreases, and gradually becomes steady. The processing instability zone is in the region of ε = 0.1-1.0 s-1 and T = 523-537 K, ε = 1.0 s-1, T = 673 K and η = 44% are Mg-6Zn-0.5Zr-0.5Ce magnesium alloy The best processing conditions.
