在我国,竞技健美操所面临的一项重大问题是其体能训练。对我国竞技健美操运动员的体能训练方法进行研究,并针对我国运动员身体素质、生理特点提出针对性训练方法,才能更好使运动员面对竞争日益激烈的体育环境。本文在参考了近期以来国内外包括对其他体育项目运动员体能研究的基础上,结合竞技健美操的特点,对其运动机制进行分析,在训练内容和方法上进行初步探讨。
In our country, one of the major problems in competitive aerobics is its physical training. In order to better enable athletes to face an increasingly competitive sports environment, this paper studies the methods of physical training of athletic calisthenics in China and puts forward some specific training methods according to the physical quality and physical characteristics of athletes in our country. Based on the research of athletes’ physical ability at home and abroad, including other sports, this article combined with the characteristics of competitive aerobics, analyzes its movement mechanism and makes preliminary discussions on the contents and methods of training.
