[现状]近年来,通州市高度重视技能人才队伍建设。大力发展职业教育,加大对技术工人的培训力度。但随着民营经济的蓬勃发展,生产一线技能人才紧缺的状况已普遍显现,存在着总量不足、年龄偏大、行业分布不均衡、素质不高等突出问题.成为通州市企业和地方经济持续、快速发展的“瓶颈”。[建议]1、更新观念,确立职教地位。要努力形成抓职业教育就是抓经济工作的共识,把办好职业教育摆上重要议事日程,纳入到全市国民经济和社会发展的
