简要介绍了我公司结构安装形式为B35及B5电动机整机装配后,凸缘端盖法兰面形位公差的现状,分析了形位公差产生的原因,采取相应的控制和改进措施,以达到控制B35及B5的电动机整机凸缘端盖法兰端面圆跳动公差的目的。
This paper briefly introduced the present situation of the tolerance of the flange face of the flange cover after assembling the B35 and B5 motors in our company, and analyzed the reasons for the formation and tolerance of the flange, adopted the corresponding control and improvement measures to achieve Control B35 and B5 motor flange flange end face rounding tolerance purposes.
