蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶受体D(protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor delta,PTPRD)基因与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。最近的研究证实,PTPRD可以使致癌蛋白信号转导与转录激活子3(signal transducer and activator of transcriptions 3,STAT3)去磷酸化,参与Janus激酶/STAT信号转导途径,在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中扮演重要角色。本文就PTPRD基因在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用及其相关机制的研究进展进行综述。
