以多官能度过氧化物3,6,9-三甲基-3,6,9-三乙基-1,4,7-三过氧烷为引发剂,采用本体聚合法制备高抗冲聚苯乙烯,考察了各反应条件对预聚合动力学的影响。结果发现:聚合温度由125℃逐渐升高到145℃和引发剂质量分数由0.0075%增加到0.0200%时,聚合速率逐渐加快;当引发剂质量分数高于0.0200%时,聚合速率变化不大;随着基础胶质量分数由5%增加到15%和乙苯质量分数从10%增加到30%,聚合速率逐渐降低。不同引发剂引发聚合的效果与其官能度、半衰期及聚合温度等因素有关。
Using polyfunctional peroxide 3,6,9-trimethyl-3,6,9-triethyl-1,4,7-triperoxyl as initiator, bulk polymerization was used to prepare high impact poly Styrene, investigated the reaction conditions on the prepolymerization kinetics. The results showed that the polymerization rate gradually increased when the polymerization temperature increased from 125 ℃ to 145 ℃ and the initiator mass fraction increased from 0.0075% to 0.0200%. When the initiator mass fraction was higher than 0.0200%, the polymerization rate did not change much. The polymerization rate gradually decreased as the mass fraction of base gum increased from 5% to 15% and the mass fraction of ethylbenzene increased from 10% to 30%. The effect of different initiators on polymerization is related to their functionalities, half-life and polymerization temperature.
