湖北省中小学教师资格考试改革从2011年下半年作为国家试点省份之一至今已有5个年头。由于从考点的选定、考官的选聘、考试的实施等,没有一个明晰的规则,再加上考生人数的逐年攀升,导致组考压力加大、风险指数增加。面对这些问题,襄阳市教育考试院大胆创新,勇于实践,在结合了襄阳市实际情况的基础上对如何规范中小学教师资格考试进行了有益的探索,摸索出了一套行之有效的管理思路和办法。
