为了适应国家发展和电网规模的不断扩大,国家电网公司通过“三集五大”体系建设,着力推进运维一体化的管理组织模式,以进一步提高公司劳动生产效率,降低劳动生产成本。通过分析国家电网公司运维一体化模式的工作思路、目标及原则,研究当前运维一体化复合型人才培养及培训工作面临的突出问题,提出了快速适应新机制对人才需求的培训方法,展望了运维一体化模式下复合型人才培养的对策。
