[目的]了解盐城市盐都区食品从业人员乙肝病毒(HBV)感染状况,以便采取有效措施,控制乙肝的传播。[方法]对2008~2009年到盐都区疾病预防控制中心进行健康体检的食品从业人员检测血清HBsAg,阳性者检测乙肝五项指标。[结果]2008~2009年合计检测12 485人,HBsAg阳性者275人,阳性率为2.20%。HBsAg阳性率,男性为2.82%,女性为1.76%(P<0.01);各年龄段在2.08%~2.87%(P>0.05)。检测189例HBsAg阳性者,HBeAg阳性率为20.11%,18~30岁、≥31岁分别为38.46%、10.48%(P<0.01)。[结论]盐都区食品从业人员HBsAg阳性率较低。
[Objective] To understand the status of hepatitis B virus infection among food workers in Yancheng Yandu District in order to take effective measures to control the spread of hepatitis B virus. [Methods] Serum HBsAg was detected by food practitioners in Yandu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2008 to 2009, and five positive indicators of hepatitis B were detected. [Results] A total of 12 485 people were detected in 2008-2009, 275 were HBsAg positive, the positive rate was 2.20%. The positive rate of HBsAg was 2.82% in males and 1.76% in females (P <0.01), and 2.08% -2.87% in all age groups (P> 0.05). The positive rate of HBeAg in 189 HBsAg positive patients was 20.11%, 18-30 years old and ≥31 years old were 38.46%, 10.48% (P <0.01) respectively. [Conclusion] The HBsAg positive rate of food workers in Yandu District is low.
