企业对于我国经济发展来说,不仅在推动国民经济发展方面,还对扩大社会就业、促进社会稳定方面都起着决定性作用。然而在过去的多年实践工作经验中我们总结出,企业发展的寿命很少有超过五年的。众所周知,在企业发展过程中人力资源有着不可替代的重要作用,是企业生产和发展的第一资源,也是企业的核心竞争力。因此在企业工作中如何选择适宜的时间、适应的地点和合适的人选来圆满的完成工作,并在最短的时间内以最小的成本投入换取最大的企业效益和工作人员薪酬,这是企业赖以生存和持续发展的关键。本文就人力资源管理中存在的各种问题进行分析,并提出了合理的应对策略。
