为了鉴别电炉在火灾发生之前是否处于通电过热状态,制备不同实验条件下的电炉样品,用扫描电镜对电炉丝的断口形貌进行观察。结果表明,在通电过热与正常使用状态下,电炉丝的断口形貌主要取决于自身电热作用,且两种状态下的断口形貌具有本质区别,一般火场温度对其断口形貌的影响很小。根据电炉丝的断口形貌,可以鉴别电炉在火灾发生之前是否处于通电过热状态。
In order to identify whether the electric furnace is in the state of electricity overheating before the fire occurred, electric furnace samples under different experimental conditions were prepared, and the fracture morphology of the electric furnace wire was observed with a scanning electron microscope. The results show that under the condition of overheating and normal use, the fracture morphology of the electric furnace wire mainly depends on its own electrothermal effect, and the fracture morphology in the two states is essentially different. In general, the influence of the fire field temperature on the fracture morphology is very small. . According to the fracture appearance of the electric furnace wire, it can be identified whether the electric furnace is in an overheated state before the fire occurs.
